FAKE NAVIGATION CONTROL

( Kontrol Navigasi Palsu)

An international airport has been hijacked by a group of terrorists. They take over the control system by moving the system into an old church that is used as a new navigation control. Therefore, the navigation system is now in the hands of the terrorists.

(Bandara internasional telah dibajak oleh sekelompok teroris. Mereka mengambil alih sistem kontrol dengan memindahkan sistem ke sebuah gereja tua yang digunakan sebagai kontrol navigasi baru. Oleh karena itu, sistem navigasi sekarang di tangan para teroris)

On the other hand, a big airbus carrying more than 300 passengers is in a big trouble. The plane has to be landed as soon as possible because it is almost out of fuel. The plane has been flying around the airport waiting for permission to land for a couple hours. The crews cannot land the plane because they loose contact with the tower. They do not realize that the navigation system has been hijacked and the tower they tried to contact with is no longer functioning. They cannot use the automatic navigation because the system is down and is not functioning. They also cannot land the plane manually because it is dark out there and the airport’s electricity is also malfunctioning. Now, all they need is a guide from the tower to land the dying plane.

           ( Di sisi lain, airbus besar membawa lebih dari 300 penumpang berada dalam kesulitan besar. Pesawat harus mendarat sesegera mungkin karena hampir kehabisan bahan bakar. Pesawat telah terbang di sekitar bandara menunggu izin mendarat selama beberapa jam. Kru tidak bisa mendaratkan pesawat karena mereka kehilangan kontak dengan menara. Mereka tidak menyadari bahwa sistem navigasi telah dibajak dan menara mereka mencoba untuk kontak dengan tidak lagi berfungsi. Mereka tidak bisa menggunakan navigasi otomatis karena sistem sedang down dan tidak berfungsi. Mereka juga tidak bisa mendaratkan pesawat secara manual karena gelap di luar sana dan listrik bandara juga rusak. Sekarang, semua yang mereka butuhkan adalah panduan dari menara untuk mendarat pesawat sekarat)

In such critical situation, the pilots receive a message from what they believe it is the main tower. The pilots think that they have had contact with the tower and do not realize that the tower is a fake. The tower the plane has contact with is actually the terrorists who try to crash the plane. The fake tower gives the pilots a false information of the plane’s height. The actual height of the plane is X as seen in Figure

           ( Dalam situasi kritis seperti itu, pilot menerima pesan dari apa yang mereka percaya itu adalah menara utama. Pilot berpikir bahwa mereka memiliki kontak dengan menara dan tidak menyadari bahwa menara adalah palsu. Menara pesawat memiliki kontak dengan sebenarnya teroris yang mencoba untuk kecelakaan pesawat. Menara palsu memberikan pilot informasi palsu ketinggian pesawat. Ketinggian sebenarnya dari pesawat adalah X seperti terlihat pada Gambar)

The terrorists tell the pilot that the plane is X + Y above the ground as seen in Figure 2. Because of this information, the point of plane landing moves but the ground does not actually move.

(Para teroris memberitahu pilot bahwa pesawat adalah X + Y di atas tanah seperti yang terlihat pada Gambar 2. Karena informasi ini, titik pendaratan pesawat bergerak tapi tanah tidak benar-benar bergerak.)

 Using the false information, the pilots start to land the plane and believe that the plane will reach the ground in 60 seconds. Suddenly, they are very terrified because they have seen the ground before they finish the countdown. They realize that there is something wrong, but it is too late to control the plane. It crashes the ground and no living has been found.

(Dengan menggunakan informasi palsu, pilot mulai mendaratkan pesawat dan percaya bahwa pesawat akan mencapai tanah dalam 60 detik. Tiba-tiba, mereka sangat ketakutan karena mereka telah melihat tanah sebelum mereka menyelesaikan mundur. Mereka menyadari bahwa ada sesuatu yang salah, tapi sudah terlambat untuk mengendalikan pesawat. Crash tanah dan tidak ada kehidupan telah ditemukan)
